PERSONAL PROJECTS:
My personal work and research lies in the layers of human emotions and the places in our bodies where we feel our daily experiences.
I became fascinated in the places where the body keeps a score. The quiet loud sensations. Memories, pain, joy, trauma, deep desires.
How the body can translate and release through movement.
My first encouter with the dancer world was at The Place in London. When I entered the soft dancefloor and saw bodies moving and expressing a story was deeply resonating. It was a trigger and I felt an urge to explore what this vibration wanted to tell me.
It toke some years to fully understand what The Place was telling me that day and body language is becoming more and more my focal point for my personal work.
